Blackburn Residence
The Bellbird House is a home which captures delight for all senses – each room has a view out and up to the treetops and sky; the sounds of the birdlife, insects and bees, rain on the tin roof and wind through the trees can be heard moving through its spaces; the feel of the warm sun which penetrates the house in summer and the breezes circulated via cross flow ventilation as the house is opened up and the smells of eucalyptus and native grasses make this house a peaceful sanctuary for its clients.
